Go to LEXUS in Tustin, talk to my friend Matt Franco, tell him Eric w/ Mercedes-Benz sent you there, they'll do the best job.

I went to Lexus Westminister because it's about 10 minutes away from my house!

Longo was great service. I got that recall done along with the brake pad squeek checked out. It's a bit of a drive out for me, but its def worth it.

Longo Lexus does the most of these recalls as they service more vehicles than any other Lexus dealer in SoCal.

any dealership can do it. if youve waited this long all dealers have already done a lot of them already.

I've heard that Tustin Lexus makes you sign something promising to return the car within 24 hours of the service being completed. Can anyone suggest a different dealership in the 714/562 area that doesn't do this? I plan to drop off my car Friday morning and will be leaving town for the weekend.

It should be 24 hrs AFTER your service is done. You should be good to go once you drop it off on Friday. When I took mine in (Westminister) they told me to pick it up on Friday and gave me the option of keeping the rental until Monday...which I didn't do. But yeah, if you're getting the stuff done regarding the recall, your car will be done by like...Monday, and you'll have to take in the rental on Tuesday. Enough time, no?

doesnt matter. longo offered me a loaner quite a few time, but i turned them down. they asked me if i wanted a loaner for oil change, check ups and stuff. i was like, i dont need a loaner for couple of hours.

if you're cool, they'll just let you loan it.

should've taken the loaner out for some sweet jumps off the 10 freeway.
