I was wondering if Cerritos Lexus actually does charge you a fee if you don't return their car on the day that your car is ready. Before I got the loaner car they tell you to sign an agreement. If you don't return the car the day the car is done, they will charge you something like $75/day. Is that true?

i believe lexus of westminster has the same rule, but they give you a 24-hour window.

most dealerships have that line on the paperwork you sign for loaners.

it's mainly between you and your SA. as long as you communicate with him it should be cool

Rominl is right. Last time I borrowed a car I was supposed to return it on Friday but I called her and ended up keeping the car until Monday. Definitely communicate with your rep and you'll be fine.
