things have changed then, i used to see AAA trucks bringing in cars

but then again, it's the same kind of trucks anyway

i just got my car back from Glendale today for the 3 recalls, oil change and seat creak tsb. i dunno why they told you they didn't have the part a month ago, cus a SA called me last month and told me i could bring it in the next day, but i chose to wait a month so i could get an oil change at the same time.

Longo has always had their own fleet of trucks. AAA trucks go in there to drop off cars from regular calls or body shop work at the collision center.

that's weird. when i called them when i got the letters they said they didn't have one of the items in stock and would call me back. never heard a call back...

Just called, May 6th. That's the soonest a Lexus loaner vehicle is available.
