Someone let me know a business without risk because I want in...
People cancel appointments all the time and obviously the OP had a legit reason (not like... oh I gotta take my dog to get her nails done...), sure you can be mad but don't loss your cool because that's unprofessional.

BTW.. im not taking sides.. ive found places that are as good
as him and have given me sick-asssss tire life... i can't deal with
waiting a couple of weeks when i get new tires...

VIPin626 : for clarification, I'm NOT whining here. Whining is when I know that place is bad, then I still go to that place, and I got bad treatment and i'm complaining....that's whining. I'm just sharing my unfortunate experience w/ West End, that's all

many of you guys here vouch for this guy and praise him...... but think about it guys, customer service is business ethics here. Dont give attitude to your customers.

Johnson's are good, but i have never been back since i got bad customer service from them even after being a good customer for 8 years. (2 times a year)
Customer service goes a long way and i wont take crap from anyone if they treat their customers with no respect.

After reading erryones response, this is what it comes down to. You can use another shop or call him back. He prob wasn't even mad at you, could have been mad about something else and you just called at the wrong time. I can't tell you how many times I indirectly gave attitude to peeps who didn't deserve it. So he's a business owner? He's still human too, right? If he's got the right skillz and the right price then there is no one else IMO. Alignments are skills and talents that all cannot do well. Who is anyone to judge the value of someones elses time? I can tell you that I certainly don't believe I'm getting what I deserve for my time. I would call back, just to see if that was the case and be chill.
