Hey all, I've gotten ads from this shop saying they specialize in Lexus service and offer a pretty good deal on the 35k minor service - $49 compared to $175 at Cerritos Lexus.
Anyone ever been to this shop, or heard anything about it?
Thanks.

I saw the Yelp too - didn't really find it that helpful. I just talked to the owner, seems like a nice enough guy. I think I'm gonna try them out for my 35k service on Friday. I'll post about the experience after it's done.

Ok, so I just got my service, but don't really have much to report. The cost was $49 for the 35k service which is mainly just an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. He said they only use genuine Toyota parts and uses Unocal 76 oil.
The owner used to be a Mazda mechanic and they used to do a lot of Mazda work when they first opened in '93. Now, they work on all Japanese makes, but do a lot of Toyota and Lexus work. One of the mechanics used to work for a Lexus dealer.
Just based on my brief conversations and listening to interactions with other customers, they seem like an honest shop with good prices. It's hard to say much more based on such a minor service.
