Try taking the rim off and taking an open ended lug nuts and tightening the stud down so it can seat properly. If it is just 1 stud (per rim) that is messed up than driving on it temporarily until you can get it fixed won't be a problem, but if it is more than 1 stud don't take the risk and get them replaced.

well i cant move them by hand, but i can tap them gently to the left and right and they will move with ease, they all move together
And i Dont have open ended lugs =(

oh noooooo.....how so do you think it happened ? Yeah recently i feel like the steering has a splitting/pulling motion up front. So i need a new hub ehhh
