Bad news, kids.
You are allowed only up to 10 goats in your home in Los Angeles County. But that doesn't mean you can't own other pets...

L.A. cracks down: No more than 10 goats allowed

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors agreed last night to let a couple living near Claremont keep at least 10 goats, two horses, a llama and an emu.
City News Service reports that Roberto Alguero and Iris Fiorito, who live on three-quarters of an acre, had asked the Regional Planning Commission for the right to keep 15 goats.
The commission limited the number to 10, in addition to the couple's other animals.
Neighbors claim the property was noisy, smelly and looks more like a livestock farm than a single-family home, City News says.
"We know we have a few more goats than we should," said Fiorito, but "we didn't hide the animals" from anyone.
