If i see a car thats been sitting out there and it annoys me, i'd probably try to find out who's car is that before i just call the city to tow it... I mean cmon its your neighbors, thats a pretty **** move imo... I mean if i know someone called the city to tow my car I'd probably be really mad and do something stupid to his car lol XD
