i just bought some springs and wheels ,i was thinking about going to TWS in walnut for some installation but i saw some people complaining on how the new owner Albert gives bad customer service, i was wondering if it was just an isolated case.
Can somebody who experienced alberts job please comment on his expertise and service he performs.
thanks guys!

albert has been around since forever. he just took over fully once sander left.
a lot of people have gone there since the change and reported good service.
besides that, have you tried music box in el monte? everyone here seems to recommend that place.

if you feel sketch about them try City Tire over in south gate. That's where i have been going and I have always had good experiences with them. They don't offer as many services as TWS but for what you are looking for i think they will suffice.
