i probably missed it somewhere but no track runs anymore only the 1/8 mile strip

^^^ Yes, demand was overwhelming for the 1/8 mile...

So, yes all day for the 1/8 mile track......

Also, must have DOT helmet to run 1/8 mile. And, of course pass the Irwindale Speedway Tech Check.

As long as its an Approved Full faced or Full head helmet, you should be fine..

It can Not be one of those half head helmets.

unfortunately, but 1/8-mile drag racing is just as exciting, and it will allow for greater participation.

the registration confirmation email should have sent out the same day when you registered. however, even if you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, if your name is on the registered attendee list, you are registered.

I would recommend it just to be safe but unless you got something more than just exhaust and intake on your car I have never run an time all motor time faster than an 8.7 at irwindale

your number on the registered attendee list is just so the staff can keep count of how many people registered. it is not a reflection of any type of order/rank.

that is, unless you want to trade YOUR spot to an unregistered attendee, hmm?...
