Not really when there is a whole parking lot of parking spaces. I expect my bike to be treated like a car, so if a car can get their own parking spot so can I. I think it's more of a **** move to park behind another bike where it would be complicated for him to get out. It would also be a **** move to park on the sidewalks, paths where the elderly have to maneuver around the bike.
