we all know the pursuit ends at 4, so this is almost like a meeting spot AFTER so we can "kick it" some more. i know all you CL owners will have freshly washed cars. why waste it by going home? show it off some more!

Well, not so far away from the track is Bert's Mega Mall on Azusa. Huge parking lot.


Anyways, you're gonna have a large group of people (what is it, 400+ cars?) that will be in and out of the speedway throughout the day.

A good place to have a photoshoot (and we've done it before) is at El Encanto Restaurant on Old San Gabriel Cyn Rd (where Azusa Ave ends North). Take the 605 North to 210 East, exit Azusa Ave North.

Plenty of space for a photoshoot...

I know of a restaurant that has car meets on route 66 -- pretty decent sized lot..

It all depends what you want to do....

Is the after meet for a late dinner?

Is it just to park in another parking lot and talk?

Is it just to take pictures and leave? (there is plenty of space at irwindale to take pix)

Or is it to serve as a dual purpose spot, take pictures and eat after?
