Default Are there any trackless car washes in South OC?

I just moved to South OC from Newport and I can't find a decent car wash if my life depended on it. I'm trying to avoid having a guy come to my house for a car wash and due to a lowered car, I can't go to a traditional track car wash. I don't mind paying for a "handwash" on the side at a normal carwash, but can't find a decent one. They all want $30 for a mediocre job and most of them don't even have spray wax. I may just have to start doing it myself in the driveway like back in high school or try one of those drive-up DIY places.

Man, do I miss Beach Cities Carwash on Superior in Costa Mesa.

Any suggestions?

Hmm, this can help me out for those lazy days. I've been hoping to find a trackless carwash too! Preferably, it'd be nice if there was one of those DIY washes with seperate stalls and spot free water.

DIY drive ins = instant swirly bird!

Just do it yourself, invest around $50 and you'll have all you need!

It's an hour or more you can spend with your car once a week, c'mon!

^ much agreed! investing in your car with some elbow grease shows a greater appreciation for your ride. i know that i cant trust some stranger cleaning my car, though it would be a lot easier. i always pay myself with the shine and luster after a wash, wax, and detail!

yeah I'm leaning toward DIY.

however, it would be nice to have a trackless option in South OC when in a time crunch.
