I was in touch with Nick this week and it seems like for this week we're gonna take a break and another break possibly for the next meet as well. The breaks are due to upcoming car events including the FiveAxis meet on May 1st.

why take a break just cause there's a meet on the weekend? wouldn't meeting up at our usual time give us time to collaborate with one another and see who's interested in going and such.

Not everyone can attend the meets on the weekend, so I don't see the point of canceling our meets. I already know I can't make the 5axis event, but I'll probably be at Toyotafest.

I would understand canceling this weeks meet because there is a chance of rain and we like to stand around in parking lots.

Like I said, next week (Thurs, 29th) is better for me.

The Tastea meet was only four days ago. Cerritos Toyota is five days away. The FiveAxis meet is 12 days away.

Yes, there are a lot of meets, and I can understand if people want to take a break.

Still, if people want to show up, we should still set something up. Always a good reason to hang out, grab a bite, toast a beer, etc.

No matter what, I'll be in the neighborhood on the 29th.

Nothing confirmed yet. Theoretically, there is a meet. But no one may show up...

Further reason to change it to the 29th...

I may not be able to make this Thursday, nor the Cerritos meet.
