has anyone had work done on their lexus at sarno motors in huntington beach. I was wondering what people thought about this place. I have seen good reviews and recommendations about dynamics auto service in midway city. anyways i guess this owner at sarno motors used to work for lexus and now has his own shop and he is the cousin of service advisor charlie sarno at lexus of westminster. I need to see about some knocking noise coming from my engine valve cover and don't know where i should go. dynamics or sarno.

went to dynamics this morning and met son. Man very nice guy. anyways he took a look at my car and turns out the knocking noise is coming from my water pump. He gave me a very resonable estimate so I signed on the dotted line. he's also going to replace my timing belt which is great so come 90k i don't have to do that. I am definetly going to be coming back to dynamics.

he serviced couple of my car and he did a great job!
i would recomm. sarno motors in the future!

Dynamic Auto Services is great. I've been taking my car there since 2005. Glad the OP had a positive experience. Son is a great mechanic and his prices are quite reasonable.

ISThree, thanks for the recommendation but yea i already had my work done with dynamics. the cost to replace my water pump and timing belt was few hundred dollars less than the dealer and couple hundred less than sarno motors. I'm sure sarno does great work too but i've been laid off for a year now and i had to think about cost and who can save me money.
