I say go to CA Tint. I've been going there since 1999! The wait at Pro Max is also long. The owner of Pro Max used to work at CA Tint.....LOL

I went to ProMax for mine, 130 for 5 windows. Not completely perfect but very good for the most part. I took it there for my first car as well and it came out pretty good. I went for promax cuz the guy at Cali tint was being a jackass.

my friend just took his there the other day tho but he said there's a line or something on one of the windows. so....I guess it depends LOL

but it was 2/2 for me w/ decent result.

How do I know if I need ceramic (since it's 3x the price it appears) vs metal?

I'm one month into owning my '05 GS300 - no Nav - and am clueless about where the antenna is.

If it's a simple as "read the owner's manual" then sorry for being a n00b!

I recommend XLNT TINT Window Tinting, located in Anaheim. They are a very good place. I got my tint done from there. They are a bit pricey but have very good choice in different types of film. They also cut the film with laser guide machine so it very precise. The also have a $25 coupon on city search.

Watch the video on this website.

This was the first mod done to my car. Took suggestion of California Tint in Rosemead from CL and couldn't be happier. Be sure to arrive early. I got there at 8:30, 3rd in line, on Friday and by 8:45 there was at least 10 cars waiting.

-1 for california tint. I took my g35 there and was not impressed with the work. The cuts at the top of the windows were sloppy. When the windows were rolled up it looked perfect, but when you rolled it down you could see the imperfections.

It was cheap and the owner was really nice though
