Try city tire in downey I think? they are one of the main
distributors. Google them up they are great on price especially on tires

your best bet is to get multiple quotes. There are vendors here who can get you some very good quotes.

Some other places i would definitely call are:

www.citytireonline.com (authorized work wheels distributor)
Vip Status
Vip Autosalon
Autofashion
D2 Autosport

Just create a reverse auction for yourself and have multiple quotes. This will give you a lot of leverage on negotiating price with them. I would probably go to city tire as they can hook you up on tires as well and if you pay cash, no tax.
