I'm looking for a tent to put up almost permanently. I have a long driveway towards the side of my house leading to the garage. So some cover would be nice.... i've been looking at this 12x20 canopy tent....

be sturdy for fall when the winds pick up
won't deteriorate from the sun too quickly
