Default Anyone know the laws about littering cig butts in San Diego?
One of my condominium neighbors has been dumping his cigarette butts on my property and I am wondering what are the penalties on that in San Diego. I have not formally addressed the issue to him, but just want to notify him about all information all at once.

Penalties are a punch to the face! I hate cigs! Unfortuneatly all my freinds smoke

I have a similar issue with a dog, collect them up, place on the offenders doorstep.
