got a fix it for window tint of 35 all around.????? anyways this guy had nothing better to do. any good police station i can go to to get this fixed? who are less likely be a holes?
can i get this written off from any police station??
or does it have to be the one in stanton?

As far as your issue, if you goto the doctor, I dont think he can sign your fix it ticket, but he can issue you medical paperwork stating you get headaches or migraines from the sunlight and that you need window tint to prevent your headaches or migraines. I believe you'll have to then submit it to the DMV and or the courthouse with your fix it ticket. Good luck.

Im in the same boat as you, recently got a fix it ticket for tint on my windshield, but the officer wrote the citation wrong, wrote cell phone instead of window tint, but he did cite the vehicle code for object or material on the windshield.

sounds more like he did him a favor....first cell phone violation is $20.......tint violation is more, PLUS you have to pay to have the tint stripped and then later reapplied...
btw, OP, fwiw, the only time i've seen or heard of people getting medical exemptions for tint was when they had either very sensitive skin disorders, albinism, or Xeroderma pigmentosum (or a similarly extreme case of photodermatosis )
headaches from being the in the sun wont cut it, you'll likely be told to just wear sunglasses and/or a hat.

i always chill at my friends house in stanton! hahah theres always cops posted at each 7eleven haha stanton cops are pretty chill tho! last time my friend got a hit and run and a cop came and he was just talking to us and was like guess no racing for you guys tonight huh lmao but i no stanton cops have nothing better to do tho! last time in the neighborhood one house call kuz i guess the neighbors got into a argument all these cops came and blocked up the whole neighborhood!! and they just chill outside O.o
