Hey everyone. just made the road trip from Seattle to SD to live with my pops and start over in this beautiful place.

i am also new to the lexus scene, just picked up my 93 sc300 5sp swap a week ago. so new, i still have to transfer the title! lol. hope i don't run into any legal hassle for that, but i thought it would make sense to just drive it down and transfer when i get here since i'll be living here now.


the car is pretty rough. well, mostly it really just needs a decent paintjob, and it will look great.

unfortunately, my radiator decided to overheat and crack mid-trip. luckily i was able to diagnose it and sort of patch it up so i could make it the rest of the way. check out my thread in the SC maintenance section if you wanna help out.


so anyways, new guy to both SoCal and the SC scene. but i love it here already. every time I came to cali when i was younger i wish i coulda stayed. now im here!




i suppose you want some pics of the POS... in due time. waitin for the JB weld to cure on the crack before i drive it/wash it.



hope to learn a lot here, and to see you all at some meets, once i get the car picture worthy!

solo_stage : yeah, theres a lot I'll miss about Seattle i suppose. but there are a lot of good reasons for me to be here at this point in my life. It's always hard to say goodbye to a place where youve spent a huge portion of your life. but saying goodbye is, unfortunately, something I've grown accustomed to in my life.

but for right now, at least, I say screw the rain!! SD baby!!! hahaha.

yea your super close to me than. i wonder if i can walk to your house lol. Im on clairemont and genesee also. do you live on the main street or inward. your probably around conrad and appleton street. im trying to get a big photoshot this spring break you should roll out!!!

I'm actually off of boyd. either way i'm sure we're real close. i'm on the south/east side of genesee i believe (whichever side has temecula golf course)

man, right now I'm a disgrace to the SC'ers without paint but I'm down to meet up anyways. :P
