Will Costco install tires on aftermaket rims?
Well as question states, i have a set of rims but they are not installed yet and no tires on them, is Costco willing to put tires on them and install them on the car?

I think they do, just depends on your rim size. My friend took his rims there to get tires mounted but his was 17's so I'm sure they could do 17's very easily 18's and up I'm not too sure, just call in and ask. But i wouldnt recommend Costco. My friend over paid for his set of tires.
Try calling up K&E tires in South El Monte, JLB motorsports in Corona, or Tire central in San Gabriel. I've had very good experiences with both JLB and K&E so I would recommend those two more. Tire central on the other hand I've only heard good reviews on them for tire pricing, I've never really been there.

Buy the tires from CostCo if you want, and then bring them to Cyrus at JC Auto House in Temple City. He's the only one I let touch my wheels and tires - he does great work and has extremely reasonable prices.

Thanks Guys
I was wondering do you know the people at K&E or not really? not looking for hook ups, but i would rather go to a place where someone knows the people there, if you know what i mean. I have friends who recommended Tire central to me, and those two are like the closes to walnut so ill give them a call. Hopefully i will stop rolling on stockies

I would recommend K&E in El Monte also. It's not the most glamorous or cleanest place but I got a great price for 19" tires. I think there are enough people vouching for K&E to ensure that you won't get ripped off there.
