Default Rent a lift

I know this has been posted before, but I havent been able to find it with Google or the forum search..
Does anyone know where in socal I can rent a lift to install headers on my car? I can't go to army hobby shops cause Im not a US citizen..

thought you couldnt go to army hobby shops unless you were in the armed forces..?

only one i know of (but havent actually tried) is http://liftwerkes.com/

well, you can't even get on the base if you're not a citizen. I believe you can go if you have a friend in the military and you are a citizen yourself.
