I used to own an Infiniti Q45 and thought that Infiniti's service dept was the best. But after dealing with the service department at Lexus of Cerritos, I realized that I was wrong. Infiniti service was good; however the service center at Lexus of Cerritos is top notch. They have a service consultant 'Sonia Mendoza' who's always courteous, very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. We always ask for her when making appointments.

By the way, we bought our 2008 GX470 also from Lexus of Cerritos.

Have had consultations with Sonia as well. Been helpful and managed to get us a loaner even though they were supposedly booked up. Otherwise, they'd have arranged an Enterprise car but who wants to drive one of theirs when it can be a Lex.
