Default Need fitment advice from SoCal Gurus

I have a 2004 LS430 and I need some advice on some wheels I am looking to purchase. I found some Voxx Misano wheels 20x8.5 and 20x9.5 with a +20 offset for a good deal. I want to know from any of you fitment gurus if these will fit without any modifications (rubbing issues, fender rolling, etc.) I don't want to do any major modifications just to put these wheel on.

Thanks in advance for any and all advice. I really appreciate it. I need to make my decision by tomorrow!

You'll 90% likely need to cut the rear and do a light roll in the fronts
