I have been taking my car to Lexus of Glendale for quite a while now. I recently called them, and my service advisor Mr. Kong is apparently no longer with the company. My previous advisor there, seemed uninterested in his job. He also insinuated that I had gotten into an accident, just because he saw white paste in between my panels, which happened to be wax. Failed to mention the fact the i had chuncks of tire missing and that that i was driving on my wires. Never returned my calls or my messages. Lexus of Glendale is the closest dealership to me, so I would prefer to still take my car over there. Im just wondering what dealerships do you guys go to, and who is your advisor?

I dont wanna try someone new, and not knowing if they will handle my car with care. My car is lightly modded and I dont want them bombing driveways. I also rub ALOT. lol.

I guess, I just dont want to take my car to someone that hates being there and doesnt care about how they take care of you and your car.

joseph kong was one of the better SA's that I had dealt with at glendale. sucks to hear that he's no longer there. the other SA's that I had, some weren't knowledgeable and others were just whatevers. sorry i can't recommend any of the other SA's there.

Also a bit far from you but I think it is worth it. Lexus of Westminster ask for Jorge Buenrostro. Cool guy who actually want to help. I have gone to Cerritos and Glendale, service was good but result was not. Just my oppion.
