Make sure to do this out of the sun in the shade and the car has to be pretty cool make sure the panels arent hot, hope this helps.
Glazes use fillers to hide swirl marks. It is the easiest way to make your paint look better, but its not that great since it is only a temporary fix. Polishing the paint to remove swirls will make your paint clear and glossy.

Yeah, if you're willing to work on other peoples cars too then the initial investment for good detailing supplies is worth it. The easiest way to achieve the results you want is to do it yourself.

I have my own porter cable and sonus pad set... I'm just too lazy to do it. And I don't have a good place to do it anymore since I no longer have a personal garage.... Hence just gotta pay... haha

Lol, missed this thread. Thanks guys. You'll be able to see my work on Phil's GTR and potentially his F at the Pursuit. Still pissed about the clearbra on the hood of Godzilla though

If you are not sure if you have painted wheels, take some light polish and put it on a white towel (or another color if the wheel is white) and rub it on a small area of the wheel. If the surface of the rag is black you have a non painted (metal surface) wheel. If the towel is the color of the wheel, you have a painted wheel.
That made me chuckle. They use a lot of "wax combinations" in the polishing steps. Those are usually fillers lol. Someone should get a high res shot of the paint with the reflection of the sun. Those small shots don't tell me anything
