We live in a fee-based society (no thanks to the liberal left). Its just going to get worse. Soon we will be taxed on breathing excessive air.
Should you breathe in more then 500 cubic feet of air per day, you'll be taxed an additional $15/cubic foot. So far, exhaling is free (but give it time).

Awhile back I got pulled over for blue lights
Cop was like "Your lucky, I could arrest you for impersonating an officer"
I was like "Your a D**k, 500 cops have seen me with these lights & your the *** that pulled me over, did your wife not suck your **** today?" lmfao He answered my question by searching me & my car, but it was worth it

With the new fiscal year coming up (July 1) and more proposed layoffs for the City of LA (where I'm located) and I presume other cities across the nation (Sactown as well), expect to see more cops pull you over for minor infractions. They're in dire straights to generate any type of revenue. Especially LAPD, they'll mark correctable offenses "non-correctable." This happened to me and I had to take a day off just to fight the ticket....
