my friend recently got her 7 series at assael bmw (monrovia). i went with her last week to pick it up, and she said she got a reasonable rate with an above market value trade in vehicle. other than that, id suggest mckenna bmw in norwalk. its a bit of a drive on the 605, but their customer relations is pretty good from my and friends' experiences there
