Default Best Way to Test a New Car?

So im in the market for another vehicle. Pretty much thinking of a IS350 or GS350. However going to the dealership and getting a 5min joy ride isnt going tell me if I can love driving the car for a long time.

Is there anywhere I can rent a one of these cars for a week? Just to get a full week feel of the vehicle? I checked car rental places but they dont hold these models.

Best to ask a member here that owns one of those. Toss in dinner or lunch and pick their brain on their likes and what not.

^ yea i pretty much did that. I sat in them drove em around the block, talked for advise back and forth, but you never really know until you have the car itself for a decent timeframe.

I hear ya, never a guarantee, and buyer's remorse can be a %^&*. I always recommend writing down a list of what you are looking for in a car from your top priority on down. Then rate each car on that list. IS being a tad sportier and quicker, the GS more luxurious, roomy, and upscale.

Best of luck on your search.
