Default Cheapest place to get HID kits in SoCal?

I want to get a HID kit with 9006 base at 3000K color at 35w, maybe with a digital ballast...

I saw some around here for $39.99 or something but I have to order and wait for shipping.

I just want to roll in and buy it...

thanks for the suggestions...

i was happy with the kit, i didnt get the slim ballasts. you might have to buy new bulbs within 2 months cause the bulbs they give you arent the greatest quality but other than that im very happy with the kit
