Default Anyone with Sprint 4G phone in SoCal?

Anybody with a Sprint Samsung Epic or HTC Evo?

What is a typical monthly bill with the $69 unlimited monthly plan? I know they will add taxes and fees to the $69, so I want to know what the actual monthly bill is after taxes and fees.

I am trying to decide if I am actually saving money by moving to Sprint.

thanks for your help..

My sister has it.. I think another $10 to that after taxes.... Just comparing with my verizon fios bill. My plan with them is fios internet and phone line at $69.99/month. After all crazy taxes we don't know about it comes out to $79 bucks and some change. You know u could also call sprint to give you the exact number you are looking for

So do you and your sister both have Verizon?

I called Sprint customer service, they have no idea the taxes and fees in California so I am looking for somebody who actually has a Sprint in front of them...

thanks

i pay about 8 dollars in taxes. i just got the evo 4g and love it. my bill has a 23% discount so i couldnt tell you how much it would be with out that because it only applies to the main line. not the insurance or 10 charge for 4g. but its fast and i love it. i came from a jail broken iphone 3gs, which on at&t sucked for what i wanted.

Thats the perfect example, I only have one line. I get 23% discount as well, and I also opted for the $7 insurance. So a $8-10 total for taxes and fees, on top of the discounted $69, plus the $10 for the phone, plus $7 for the insurance. So I am esitmating a monthly bill of....

$53+$10+$7+(~$8-10) = a total bill of around $78-81 per month...

thanks guys

I own a HTC EVO and I love my phone. I have a 23% discount applied plus insurance as well so my bill with the discount comes out to be 73$ and some change taxes included. All i can say is Sprint's coverage in socal is damn good and i rarely drop any calls you can't go wrong.

I get signal pretty much everywhere and I've never had a problem making calls, using data, or texts. The only flaw so far is that I sometimes can't connect to the 4g. I'm from the OC and they recently just added coverage here. Their official 4g launch date for the OC was back in december 1st. Paying extra every month for something you can't really use seems unreasonable to me. Just sticking with the 3g for now

i moved to sprint from verizon and love it, plus i get about 23% discount too. I like the evo4g, at first it was too big, but now it's just right.

Thanks guys for all the responses, now I am deciding if I should keep my Epic or look into some of the dual core processor smartphones coming out...
