To be honest, its a lot of hype.. IF your stupid and want people to notice your vip ride then yeah you will be notice by the COPS. but if your just rolling by your fine. I have a pretty low ls and I live in glendale/burbank area and i never get hassle. Just respect them and they will respect you. Thats all.
