Hey Socal Lexus Owners!
I wanted to know if you guys had any experience with the SanDiego Lexus dealerships. Like the kernry Mesa lexus dealer?
Are they friendly? are they MOD friendly? Should i go to them with my problems?
Or should i go straight to the dealer i bought my car from which was Newport Lexus up in OC
Or should i Hit up some other lexus dealerships like westminster or something.

The kernry mesa lexus dealership is RIGHT next to my work haha
just wanted to know if you guys had any experience with them

ive taken my car to Lexus of Kearny Mesa they are cool just depends on the problem very hard to convience them of the problem if its a warrantee issue. Hot service reps haha

you could what i do is i usually print out the TSB paper work so when i take my car in they usually dont give me to much crap but for example i took my car in for the vavle recall and they kept my car for over a week because they said they didn't hear anything.

Haha thats the problem, i bought this car used and i dont know which recalls or anything the previous owner brought the car in for haha is there a way i could find out?

If you want to know about recalls go to Lexusdrivers.com and register, it tells you the history maintance of your car, service records, and recall alerts! I have a 2006 IS 350, and 3 recalls they they took care of

I just bought a 2011 RX 350 and my sales person just started working there. I have a feeling he forgot to give me all the extras I get with buying a brand new car. I want to know what Lexus provides with the car: like how many keys? and what you usually get with buying a car from a Lexus dealership such as mats, key chains, etc. I would especially like to hear from people who bought from Longo. I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
