Good deals for Washer/Dryers, dinning room set?
Hey guys,
Well it seems escrow is going to close very soon and we are going to need a washer/dryer and a dinning room set. Does anyone know a good place to purchase these items? We don't mind used but as long it's in good shape. The washer/dryer has to be front loading according to my GF. I don't care but does the laundry, so to make her happy
The dinning room set we are looking for a minimum of a 6 chair set and dark wood would be ideal, but we are open to others.
TIA

maybe living spaces. they've got an extensive collection of furniture, and the prices are quite reasonable. or even some asian furniture stores. great selection in many of those stores as well, and cash is king as always.
as far as washer/dryer, i'd say purchase them together from a sears or best buy. that way there is typically a discount with multiple appliances. i remember i just got my parents a new washer/dryer set (both front load) from best buy. did the research ahead of time to guarantee price matching, which best buy matched. the set allowed for 15% discount and i used one of those reward zone discounts for an additional 15%.
hope this helps! best of luck to you and your gf.

thanks bnizzle I didn't even think of doing price matching and discounts. I do remember buying a living room set and bed room set at an asian place w/ cash. No taxes, free mattress and I think it was like 30% off.
