Ilegal Cluster Swap

Im finishing up my swap in my car and noticed I have a sc400 cluster in my 1jz swapped sc300. Would i have any problems with dmv if i put a sc300 cluster in the sc with differnt miles?

it would show up as tampered and the resale value of your vehicle will drop.

Just have a cluster with a mileage # higher than when it was smogged last

Go on ebay and look for a cluster that is close
