Not really fun. I just recently lowered my 2GS on Tanabes coilovers. They're semi stiff, didn't think it would terrorize me on the freeway. I usually take the 5 and 101 as my commute. But yesterday, while going to Santa Monica, GOD DANG, I keep getting killed by bridge/overpass bumps and drops. There is absolutely no way of avoiding it. Anybody else wanna share how they feel?
Hahahaha
^Yeah, I'm the same way. Very little construction in comparison to the 10 and even 405. The roads on the 210 are as smooth as can be. The 10 W towards LA after the 605 on the other hand rides very uneven, especially with the half concrete/half asphalt on the two left lanes (carpool included).
The tanabes are actually 14k/10k. They only have one type of coilover for the 2GS
Oops, my baddd. The Sustec Pro series is the one I got. But yeah, I gotta get used to it Some of the freeways kill. I thought it was just me or the car.
I just feel bad for the girlfriend. She haaates it. LMAO
210 around the Pasadena area is NOT smooth, unless you guys call cracked road with potholes smooth. I remember when Blisiono and I use to drive to JPL every week, and we would dread going there. That area west from the 210/605 is horrible. I've driven to 405 from Irvine all the way up to Burbank and the road aren't as bad as that one area on the 210.
