Default Vista Lexus in Valley

I totally forgot that I had an uncle who worked at Vista Lexus. Hah, I just thought he worked at a regular car dealership but ran into him there when I went to reprogram my spare key. Long story short, if any of you guys need anything, I'm pretty sure he could hook it up. He's the Service Consultant.

Vista Lexus
21611 Ventura Boulevard
Woodland Hills, 91364
(818) 888-2777

Ask for Louis Do and tell him Edward sent you.

Yeah, you should swing by. I enjoyed my visit, despite running into my uncle there. LOL

It's a bit far from Pasadena, but I'll give them a shot if I have time.

As a service advisor/consultant, does anyone know if you get paid on how many customer's (service issues) that you deal with? It's great that your relative works there but will it benefit him in anyway to have CL members go to him directly - or is it just going to cause more head aches on his end?

Did you try Lexus of Glendale for your services?

I actually have only gone to Longo. Are certain dealerships better than others when it comes to customer service and repairs/maintenance?

I think it may be based off of commission. So yeah, maybe the more customers he gets, it would be better. I could only assume.

Could you check and verify that with him? If that's the case then I definitely wouldn't mind making the drive out there if he's willing to hook it up.
