You have to remember the PO was a young guy to and has a lot of testosterone running through his veins also. The knucklehead first insults PO, which he would most likely have got away with but then he did a "in your face" burnout that the officer could not ignore.

But what ever happened to yes sir, no sir, or is that just for old guys like me? I look at this way when I get stopped or even a ticket, I think about every time I have broken traffic laws and got away with it, ie. burnouts, speeding, stop light grand prix's, etc. and figure this is for all those to.
