i read an article stating that even if all of the nuclear reactors were to explode and let off all the radiation, the United States would still be in a safe environment. The amount of radiation that would actually reach us would be equivalent to the pouring a bottle on ink into a river and looking for the traces of ink.

Conspiracy theorists and political extremists will probably flame me, but I smoke cigarettes so i'm screwed regardless
