Tried to renew my registration but I can't due to the 20LA01 recall. I completely forgot. Making an appointment with Longo Lexus to get it done. I have full turbo back exhaust with no cats, hope they pretend not to see that.

Default Bad experience

The only thing I liked was they offered a loner car well my car was supposedly being fixed. I went in for a oil change and to get my car serviced before my warranty expired. I told them my car was overheating and long story short I got hit with a $900 bill and all they did was replace my radiator cap, also oil change and my trunk shocks! Now I’m going to need a new engine from what the Lexus in riverside tells be and going to cost $7,000. When I went to pick up my car at Longo there was no discussion of what was done just here your keys your cars over there all dirty. Then when I got my survey my rep emails me back with “sorry you felt that way I thought I explained everything to you” so if your going to go there make sure you go with someone who knows cars because someone like me I had no experience with cars and I wish I had a rep who took his time explaining things to me and not rush me off like it was a contest to who can service the most people before lunch time.

generally I just go with "any available service advisor" and have been happy. With that said, lately I have had Francis Saldana and Frank LaRusso and been happy with either.
