f'sho. been there, done that. I ordered another one for the RX just recently, so I'm sitting pretty too!

If you're a member of AAA, they can do it better and faster, but since you're picking up your plates at the DMV, you might as well swap them in the same visit. I usually make an appointment in advance online, anticipating when the postcard will appear in the mail, so that when the postcard does come, I have an appointment so I don't have to wait in line! You can make several appointments in advance.

I am a AAA member i didnt know that was an option!
I made an appointment for today haha but i canceled 3 days ago haha.

Yeah, I think you can even cancel the day of. If you don't show, no harm, no foul. All they have is your name and phone number. I don't think that's enough to hunt you down for missing an appointment. LOL.

Yeah ima just start making it haha. screw it. WILL NOT wait another week after the post card comes. week 12 is ending got 6 more weeks max to go.. if it really does take the full 18 weeks i am one unlucky guy haha
