So if it fills up fast, whats the point of signing up? Will the host check off each car and let in the people who are in the 100's and direct the people not towards the street?

Regardless, sounds like a huge mess I'd rather not get stuck in. LOL. I would hate to be the person who has to sort everyone out too! >_<

We refer to the list directly matching user names and ride type. No one really knows "how" we do it but it seems to run smooth every year. I think most past attendees would agree.

^Right on...

So if you're not on the "Sign Up List" to park your car inside the dealership, the idea would be that you shouldn't pull into that line to enter.

Otherwise, when you pull up to the person with the clipboard and you are not on the list...
You would have to U-Turn & Exit Out..

If you signed up that's awesome.. If you didn't make it, then ask to be added to the "Back Up List"..

From my prior experiences in having these types of events. There are always approx. 20-25% of people who commit and then can not make it on event day.
