Don't pop the hood if you are pulled over. Just like any other type of vehicle search, you have the right to refuse it. If they ask, say, "if you are not detaining me, I would like to be on my way." Odds of them getting a warrant to make you pop the hood are slim.
Untrue unfortunately.

If you deny them searching under your hood, nowadays, they are more likely to just call and impound your car for you then let you go
Obviously these tickets will have to be dropped.. But I am sure it will time consuming..

If I recall, there was a card for the F-Sport exhaust with a disclaimer, just like the L-Tuned one. I thought I took a pic of it but no dice. There was no Carb EO# for the exhaust.
As for the intake...it does have a carb EO...and here's the documentation on ARB's page...
well the car passed with flying colors. the smog guy was like" why did they send you here, your car is stock, oh never mind I know why. Its because your AZN from west covina" lol wtf

Exhaust like muffler doesn't have Executive Order numbers on them. Only headers does. Usually when you buy any aftermarket parts, and it's CARB certified, it should come with a sticker.
