The wheel locks do not come pre-set from the manufacturer. Instead they are all randomized. There are many different wheel lock keys. I can't tell you exactly how many there are for security reasons but I can tell you that a key that works for one IS would not necessarily work for another one.
The best bet is to take it to a Lexus dealership where they have a set on hand and could match it up to the wheel lock. They sell for around $20 retail.

Yeah take it to the dealer. Don't some have master keys for the OEM wheel locks? I'm sure they do. If not they always have a way to find our your wheel lock type and get you a replacement.
Do you have the registration card for the wheel lock btw? I found mine in the glove compartment of my car when i bought it. It has all the info needed to register it should you need to order a replacement. If you have the card it will be easy to get a replacement.
