Man this thread is nuts I can't believe someone hasnt shot these two yet!
I had bought a set of 19" vs-xx that were used and had lots of curb rash on each rim and black centers. I took mine to TruWheels in North Hollywood. Great people! I picked out a custom silver center and they fixed the rims to look like new! no more curb marks all re polished lips and centers went from black to the custom silver and everything looked great no issues at all!
Good thing they also only cost $600 and took them 4 days!!! I can't believe you guys waited so long and still no response!
i miss my vsxx they are such a stylish rim
you guys should try truwheel they are easy to get a hold of and do a great fast job!

I actually got ahold of Paolo and he made it seem as if everything would work out. It's been another few weeks and no update as promised.
I'm actually disappointed as I felt Paolo and Virginia were people of integrity.
Any info would be of great help.

i currently have my rim at wheelflip, its only been two weeks so ill hold off on my final opinion about them but so far its been negative. Customer service/communication needs to improve...hopefully when everything is done, wheelflip will live up to their reputation.

Guys,
There has to be something as a community we can do to help each other out. There are a few of us out there that have wheels with them and I refuse to just get scammed out of my money and wheels. I came on ClubLexus as a method to try and get some information, but it's been disappointing as far as any leads go. There are other people from other forums as well looking for their wheels and we've all tried to give Paolo some credit, but now it's blatant and deliberate avoidance of all our calls and attempts to get information about our wheels.
I am trying to organize a meet with the people who are in the same situation as I am to file at least a report with the police. I'm not sure what the cops will be able to do, but this is all I can do at this point.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yea agreed any of you guys that have wheels that this guy has need to file a report and even start filing small claims court actions. Hopefully everyone got a receipt back saying what your rims were that you dropped off that way you have proof and evidence. Good luck you guys.
