Yeah just sounds to me like it was a bored criminal who decided to steal the car just because it was an easy get away. Glad they found the car, hopefully its all in one piece still!

the car was found in one piece , they just cut the battery wires

but the good thing is car is back.

lol looks like the guy just took it out for a joy ride. at least he left the car in one piece. would've sucked if he did some crazy **** in that car and just left it like that. the owner is one lucky guy. lesson learned: never leave your car on while it's out of sight!

Seems like there's no front plate for the car. It'd be soooo adding salt to the wound if the popo wrote him up for it.

Glad the car is back in 1 piece though! When my GSR was stolen, my clutch was completely smoked when I got it back.

From the looks of that picture, they definitely just saw a window of opportunity and took that thing out for a high speed test run and dumped it somewhere without any intention of parting it out or such. Any update on if they caught the person(s)?

Damn thats a nice M6. I think i've seen it once or twice on the freeway. Glad it was found in one piece. Like everyone else said, the owner is one lucky guy.
From time to time ill leave my car idling on my driveway and run inside the house to get something. Never again.
