Local LA shop(s) to do shock tower cut outs?

Local LA shop(s) to do shock tower cut outs?
I've asked around some local shops and haven't received any solid replies about whether or not they're able to do this but it's that time; and i need it done.
As many of you (who ride low in an LS) are aware, the UCAs hit the shock towers.
Question:
Do any of you know/recommend local shops in LA that are capable of doing this job? Idea on the cost or time of completion? I'm located just outside East LA. Thanks!
