So this past Friday I went over to Tire Zone because my RX was way overdue for tires. The reason I went there was because they're cash price OTD/installed was unbeatable. (Trust me I checked.
) Everything was going smooth until the install was complete. Boy oh boy was I furious. I immediately noticed that they f%&ked up all 4 center caps. Not only that but it was very apparent that they forced them out from the outside of the rim with a screw driver. At this point I'm realizing the wheel paint was all scratched and dented - I'm pissed
I then bring it to who might be the owner's attention (Mike?). He was an inconsiderate douche and had I not had my son with me this would have ended up with his face on the ground after what he told me. He tried to deny everything even though it was more than evident that the damage I was pointing out to him looked fresh and brand new. It was easy to notice as the wheels were very dirty so the damage stood out like the moon. Basically after forcing him to actually accept responsibility he said he would only repair one wheel w/touchup and that I was being too **** for something that is normal wear and tear when replacing tires. To me, all the crazy nonsense he was saying was just adding fuel to the fire. Bottom line is don't ever shop here with these dumb *** *****. With that kind of business ethic they will not last forever. I will not be taking my car here ever again and definately will not recommend them to anyone. They don't give a $h&t about customer's hard earned cash and will treat your cars like crap.

if you have this car as a 2nd car.. park it right in front of the business and place a big sign on it about how the work and damages they have done to your car... they sure will get all the attention they want.. and take a picture of the damages and post it all over yelp and other business ties online keep your car there every day from open to close for as long as you can i will bet they will succumb.. and forget about reporting to bbb.. thats a club they pay into to handle the complaints

OP, hope everything works out for you with the rims... thanks for the warning, we need more voices like yours so we don't get ripped off by a$$hole businesses like this one.
It is true, no one should be reading Yelp ratings as they are the most misguiding reviews out there, do your research and ask around first.
