Don't know if some of you saw the 11pm news on channel 2.

CBS 2 LA's reporter Rachel Kim did a aftermath report on the 11pm news tonight regarding last nite's event.

Seems that the city of burbank and and management were not very happy and are trying to locate the
organizer's to press some kind of charge's against them for a illegal event.

It was bound to happen.

This can't be good attention for other large meets either.

 

Damn, this is crazy!! Now that it might not happen again, i regret not going... oh well.

 

i was there when all this havoc was going on. it took us literally 40 minutes to exit the freeway because traffic was so bad and the cops had to redirect us around. it's funny cause it looks pretty chill when the helicopters were flying over the air and shooting live video.. but when you're actually down there.. it's crazy.

ricers everywhere.. people burning out and revving 24/7. i actually witnessed an accident between some honda's. aside from all the rice, there were a grip of clean cars but they were all scattered around. too many damn cars!

 

^ yup it was nuts too my 40 minutes as well to exit burbank blvd and get into the parking lot. i seen two accidents myself during the time trying to exit the off ramp. The guy who organized it already got in trouble from previous events hopefully he stays on the DL.

 

Sucks to hear... but Rachel Kim is HOT !!! I missed it !!!

didn't you know that most of the anchors/reporters on kcal9 are hot ? Sharon Tay was hot but now she's myeh. Jackie Johnson is hot though.. so is Evelyn Taft. LOL!!

yep.. me and my buddies were just getting ready to head out cause we pulled over on the side of the road waiting for someone and right when we got back into our cars.. this ep3 civic was tailgating another civic. next thing you know the civic brakes and the ep3 doesn't have time to check up and BAM. really stupid. i yelled "F--KING RICERS!" as i passed by them

Yeah I heard about this too.. but from what I was told, this type of meet only happens every 3 months, that's why it was so big. Sucks for the rest of us

All of a sudden, Jeremy Lee is denying allegations that he was the one who organized the meet, considering that he was the one and only that has been promoting the meet heavily on Facebook lol! (We've all known this) He inadvertedly has become "The Face" of this whole fiasco since agreeing to do the interview with local news,Bad idea! But I guess he probably thought it would give him his 15 minutes of fame lol! Which in turn has now caused the city of Burbank, The company that owns the plaza and the local PD to seek monetary compensation from him...Had he sought the proper permits (By paying for them in advance) from the city or even the property owners of the plaza to host the event, He wouldn't be in this much trouble now. These guys want to be monetarily compensated for it and they'll go as far as to sue him in court to get their money. If Jeremy claims to have only re-posted what someone already has, Then if I were him, I'd spill the beans on the TRUE culprits responsible for promoting the meet, Because no one else will voluntarily step up and admit to organizing such a meet and would rather let him take the fall instead. This meet is done in Burbank, It was good while it lasted though.
